While most people think of Susan as the receptionist, she does so much more. Susan helps understand the client's needs, manages Shawn's calendar, and coordinates messaging and appointments.
The most enjoyable part of her job is communicating with the clients. She finds lending a sympathetic and caring ear to everyone who contacts the office be the most rewarding part of her job.
Susan joined the Law Office of Shawn C. Newman in 2019. Before that, she worked for Barclaycard (dispute escalation), Bank of America (Customer Service), and an appraisal management firm.
Susan is a Delaware native. Her three sons are her greatest joy. She lives with her husband, youngest son, and two senior dogs, Oliver, the English Bulldog, and Gordie, the Pug. She is a huge Philadelphia sports fan. Susan enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
